Held annually during the first full week of December, in 2026, falling on December 7–11, Inclusive Schools Week is a global initiative that raises awareness around inclusive education for all children. Celebrated by educators, parents, and students, this international observance highlights the ongoing cause of building equitable, welcoming learning environments regardless of ability, background, or identity. Through classroom activities, school-wide events, and community outreach, the week fosters dialogue, celebrates diversity, and reinforces the right of every child to belong, participate, and thrive. It’s more than a celebration—it’s a movement toward a truly inclusive educational future.
