Adopt a Greyhound Month

Starting on April 01, Adopt a Greyhound Month promotes Awareness of the unique needs and charm of retired racing Greyhounds. Known for their gentle temperament and surprising domestic adaptability, these Dog breeds make affectionate and low-maintenance Pet companions. Adoption initiatives across the United States connect prospective owners with rescue organizations, emphasizing rehabilitation, responsible ownership, and the rewards of providing a forever home. The month-long observance underscores compassion, second chances, and the joy of integrating these elegant athletes into loving families.
